Our "Platinum Standard Super Suite" pricing includes: Completely furnished & equipped suite Full kitchen & quality linens Monthly housekeeping service High speed wireless internet Shaw/Rogers Blue Curve Local calling Electricity & Gas In-suite laundry Initial toiletries and disposables Air-conditioning Complimentary beverage of choice Secured parking Furnished covered balconies & patios Additional storage units upon request More square footage No taxes applicable on Tenancies over three months (our minimum in BC) Top quality service... If cancelled 14 days or more prior to move in, the deposit is refunded (less credit card fees). Within 14 days of move in there is a $500 charge. After three months you can give 14 days' notice to end or extend. We will invoice in 30 night increments and will only bill for nights consumed. All requests are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
