The room will have exclusive use to the full bathroom outside their door (Recently upgraded shower to most expensive rainfall + massaging head both with shower filters). The bedroom comes furnished with a mattress, bedframe, and desk, but you are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture if willing to sign a 1 yr. lease.
