Be responsible for damage caused by Tenant, household members, guests, or pets.Maintain patios, balconies, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition. Landlord shall be responsible for major repairs and maintenance related to structural components, major systems, appliances provided with the unit, and repairs not caused by Tenant negligence or misuse. Renter's Insurance: Tenant shall maintain renter's insurance with a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage throughout the lease term and provide proof of coverage prior to move-in. Tenant shall list Landlord as an "Additional Interested Party" on the policy. HOA Rules: Tenant agrees to comply with all Vinings Central Condominium Association rules, regulations, bylaws, and community standards. Any fines or violations caused by Tenant or Tenant's guests shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant.
