Hello! :) The house is tucked back off the road so its very quiet and peaceful. It has a modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. No a/c unfortunately but I use a window unit and fans throughout the house which works great :) Rent is $700. We will split water, sewage, internet, garbage and electricity bills (around $120/mo.) Sorry, no pets or couples. No smoking. 420 is fine if its outside. Must be on a one year lease. Move in date will be October 1, 2023. About the location, the house is located in West Portland Hills. It is walking distance to Starbucks, McDonalds, Barbur World Food. It is located right next to I-5 freeway entrances, as well as, Hwy 99, Hwy 217, and SW Beaverton- Hillsdale highway. It takes about 7 minutes to get downtown and to Tualatin. The road has a number of bus stops on either end and a large transfer station within 1000 feet. Great place location wise, and very easy to get around. A little about myself. I am in my mid 30's and work as a dental assistant/student. I have a pet rabbit who is potty trained and very friendly. I am very quiet clean and organized, I love to garden and cook with me free time, as well as spending as much time outdoors exploring. Both my current roommate and I cook and are kind, friendly people. One thing that is really important to us is keeping public spaces clean and tidy. We offer and are looking for open communication, empathy, and authenticity. This isn't really a party house but we do encourage having friends over for donner parties and such. What I am looking for in a roommate is someone who is respectful, quiet, clean roommate who is responsible about rent and utility bills. Background check and proof of employment are required. One year lease will be required for occupancy. Need at least last 2+ years rental history to be on a lease specifically. Unfortunately, Alliance Properties cannot accept anyone who does not have any history on a lease previously.
