House has three large bedrooms with three bathrooms that have been thoughtfully renovated. Master unit has large walk in closet and large attached bathroom with heated floors, custom shower, and large soaking tub. Home could accommodate multiple couples with the large bedrooms for privacy.
Larger back yard with area for above ground fireplace. Large covered patio with uncovered hot tub hook up available but hot tub is not staying at the house unless tenants want to buy it for cheap. If hot tub is hooked up rent will increase by $50/mo due to electricity costs being higher due to the hot tub.
Home has a large two car garage and lots of onsite parking. Utilities are covered by the tenant. Water is a private onsite well so tenants only cover city sewer, wifi, trash, natural gas, and cable if desired. Electricity is under the owners name so a fixed cost will be added to the monthly rent of $150/mo.
