Minimum lease term is one year plus electric as stated. Wi-Fi is your choice, which can be purchased through the fiber optic co. There is a background check fee of $150 paid by the tenant. The check is done by the management company of our neighborhood HOA. There is no smoking in the unit. It is also required that you report any damages or problems ASAP so as not to let them get worse and I can fix things right away. There is a maintenance man on our property that fixes any exterior problems after filling out a paper explaining what is wrong. These are kept in the small laundry room off the clubhouse. There is a big fishing and kayaking lake in the middle of the neighborhood also. You get the most for your money in this neighborhood of which I am sure you will enjoy.

New roof and exterior paint last year. I remodeled the kitchen and more, less than 3 yrs ago. Only tenant responsibility is for electric and wi/fi if wanted. The electric bill averages $60-100/mo. depending on what time of year it is. Please come and see how nice and quiet it is in this 55+ friendly neighborhood with coffee time on Saturday morn, ice cream socials, Uker, and more including a library. Everything an older person could want including stores, (Walmart, Home Depot, Publix, Aldis), restaurants, gas stations, and more just around the corner. Not to mention Siesta Key is only a little more than 3 mis. away. Come and see. I am only 30 mis. away if anything ever needs to be addressed within the unit.
