An attached 1 car garage has an extra full refrigerator, lots of storage, a second microwave and even a small sauna. A great room over 40' of view from the living, dining, wet bar has 15' high windows and fantastic view. Also a master bedroom, office, kitchen with laundry, baths and garage are all under the 2500 sq. ft. standing seam titanium metal roof. Your own very wide driveway is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Insulation is in every wall interior and exterior along with shear paneling over almost all the stud framed walls which makes for a solid quiet comfortable home.
