Your room includes dressers, powered height adjustable desk with office chair, night table with lamp, light-blocking window shades, new queen bed, brand new linens (unused) : mattress pad, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and a 3 year-old Serta or Simmons mattress (always under a heavy pad). The rent includes ALLOT: All utilities. Shared apartment and yard. GIG speed internet. Common area house cleaning. Household supplies. Continuous hot water. In-unit laundry - free. Snow and trash removal. Certified de-leaded. Vehicle parking extra, direct off-street, snow removal, $150 per month. You have no household chores other than your own room and cleaning up after yourself, please. We have a beautiful, modern and clean, 1775 sq ft, great big two story apartment, a beautiful private yard, covered and quiet rear porch, under porch or basement bicycle storage. Apartment mates (20's-30's) include a Harvard grad student, a UMass grad student, and a computer engineer, all nice peeps. The house and neighborhood are quiet. One block to the bus stop gets you to Harvard Square in 4 minutes. Fresh Pond paths, fields, tennis and golf are 2 blocks away. Shopping is a few blocks away.
