Furnished bedroom in shared, furnished apartment in a great nighborhood, $1250 per month, includes all utilities, gig internet, heat, air… conditioning, common area housekeeping, supplies, and in-unit laundry. First and last required at move-in (total $2500). Minimum stay of 2-3 months, no max.
Please note: all keep the home vegan or lacto-vegetarian, even in your room (nothing with egg, but dairy is OK), sorry no smoking inside (porch OK), sorry no pets or companion animals.

Your furnished room has a unique key locking door, two modern windows, polished hardwood floor, closet, and is newly painted. There are stairs.
Your room includes dressers, powered height adjustable desk with office chair, night table with lamp, light-blocking window shades, new queen bed, brand new linens (unused) : mattress pad, sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and a 3 year-old Serta or Simmons mattress (always under a heavy pad).
The rent includes ALLOT:

We have a beautiful, modern and clean, 1775 sq ft, great big two story apartment, a beautiful private yard, covered and quiet rear porch, under porch or basement bicycle storage.
Apartment mates (20's-30's) include a Harvard grad student, a UMass grad student, and a computer engineer, all nice peeps. The house and neighborhood are quiet.
One block to the bus stop gets you to Harvard Square in 4 minutes. Fresh Pond paths, fields, tennis and golf are 2 blocks away. Shopping is a few blocks away. Please ask any questions you'd like and thanks!
