12 Month Lease. No Short Term Rentals Bring Your Own Washer & Dryer if you like. All Utilities are at Tenant Expense. We pay Real Estate Taxes. House is on Well & Septic (Just pumped out May 2026) (Tenant's are responsible for pump-outs, every other year & final at Month of Move-Out) Move-in Funds Must Be Certified Funds. Dogs are allowed with a pet deposit of $375 per each pet, non-refundable, and paid at time of move-in. Sorry Cat owners. While we love our feline friends, we have had some incredibly expensive damage done to other houses, due to cats. Also we only allow a max of 2 dogs and no exotic or potentially dangerous breeds. Move-In funds to include first month's rent, plus a security deposit, plus any applicable pet deposits. REQUIREMENTS: - 650-Area Credit - "Whole-House" Minimum Net Income $11,000 per month, after taxes and all other deductions - Three-Years on Same Job - 12-Month Lease Term - No Rent to Own - Family Rental Only, no shares We require a minimum net income, after all deductions are taken out, of $11,000 per month. Must have held the same job for at least two years. Your take-home NET income will be calculated using the combined income of all family members living in the home, after all deductions are taken out (we look at the amount that actually hits your bank account).
