No overnight guests are permitted. * No Pets: No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. * No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any substance is prohibited inside the residence. * Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 6. SHARED AREAS & MAINTENANCE * Common Areas: Access to kitchen and bathroom only. These areas must be kept clean and tidy immediately after use. * Laundry: Laundry facilities are not provided. The Tenant is responsible for their own laundry services off-site. * Waste Management: The Tenant must follow the City of St. John's garbage and recycling schedules. 7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT * Compliance: Failure to provide the required 60-day notice as per Section 4 may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit to cover lost rental income.
