Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors, and any evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Pets are welcome but are not allowed on furniture to avoid stains, hair, and lingering odors. Parties or large events are not permitted. If using the BBQ or firepit, please ensure the fire is completely extinguished and covers are back on before heading inside, and always turn off propane tanks after use. Guests will receive their unique door code, gate access instructions for Coosawattee River Resort, and all key details for check-in before arrival.
