The open-layout kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and a coffee maker or Keurig machine. A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. The carriage home includes a kitchenette with a mini-fridge and coffee maker.
A complimentary 6-passenger golf cart is available for guests. Pool heating can be arranged for an additional fee, inquire for pricing. Pets are welcome with a required $200 pet fee per pet. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles and the golf cart.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this property is less than a half-mile walk or a quick golf cart ride to public beach access. It's conveniently situated across from Destin Commons, offering plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are also a short drive away. Most local destinations are easily accessible by the complimentary golf cart.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart and a waiver must be completed prior to arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from pet fees. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
