Perfect for busy students or working professionals that need somewhere safe to live and park at night.
Must be clean and peaceful - this is not the barracks and hard drugs / partiers will not be tolerated.
Different size rooms available as I'm helping fix up the place for the owner and I'm flexible as to my area.
Shared kitchen, front room, dining area, backyard, front yard, porch, bathroom with standing shower only and driveway.
Standard size (11x 9.5) for $1500, or The Master (13x 11.5) for $1800
Or The Den (18x 11.5) with private shitter and standing shower for $2100.
Property has a 3-4 car driveway that can be shared on a first come first serve basis. (Single lane) No dead projects.
No pets please. I know some folks have service animals but they should not be left unattended, bite people, make noise, or leave land mines outside in the yards.
The house has Central AC and Heat so tenants will share the electric bill in equal shares.
