Experience a remodeled townhouse in walkable University Heights, perfectly situated on a quiet street just two blocks from the corner of Park Blvd and… Madison Ave.
The townhouse features a newly remodeled kitchen with floating shelves, quartz countertops, and high-end appliances. A new gas stove and hood (added 2025), ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher (added 2023), in-unit stacked LG washer/dryer (added 2023, no extra fees or coin-operated bullshit). The fridge is the only thing we didn't get around to replacing, but it's large and functional. The cabinets are a tasteful millennial green. Throw in some house plants on the floating shelves. I can personally confirm that it'd look great. The windows and sliding glass door are brand new (upgraded 2026).
The primary bathroom was remodeled in 2025 and features a luxury walk-in shower with a rainfall shower-head.
The unit is equipped with a high-end Mitsubishi heat pump for silent AC/dehumidification/heating. There are two mini splits, one downstairs and one upstairs. You'll probably only need AC during the summer. The cross breeze is great both upstairs and downstairs.
My wife and I loved this place, but we grew the family and needed more space. We're looking for someone that will enjoy and take good care of it.
