Kitchen includes a toaster oven, toaster, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils along with other basic kitchen amenities. Furnished living room with a reading nook, coffee table and kitchen table. Mudroom entrance with hooks and storage area for gear and shoes to be shared. Large yard, off-street parking and on-site coin laundry. Rent is $650/month a room and includes heat, hot water, electricity, internet, snow removal, trash and recycling, as well as bi-weekly common area professional cleanings. Three month lease with a maximum of 1 tenant per room. Apartment requires a $800 security deposit.
