This garden cottage is a part of a triplex. There is a duplex in the front, and the cottage and office is attached to a garage used for storage (currently rented by other tenant).
* The triplex community is very important to us, so we are looking for someone who would fit well here. There are 3 kids and a dog on the property.
* We would allow a medium sized well behaved dog or cat with additional pet deposit.
* There is a washer/dryer hookup. The current resident says they might leave the current machines, but it would not be part of the lease.
* Landlord pays for garbage and gardener, tenant pays for water, pge.
* If you are interested, please provide a little blurb on who the potential occupants will be. As mentioned, the community is very important for us. As the current resident is still there, I have to schedule touring times. Currently 5/17 is all booked up and we are looking at other dates that might work for the tenant
