The main house boasts a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second king bedroom, and a room with two twin bunk beds. The living area includes two queen sleeper sofas. The carriage house offers a king bedroom and another room with two twin bunk beds. Both homes share a large paved patio and a saltwater pool. Guests can enjoy a complimentary hot tub, a putt-putt green, ping pong, and an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas Weber grill. During the off-season (November-February), complimentary pool heating is included, heated to 92 degrees. Enjoy complimentary use of a six-passenger golf cart and bikes. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, varying by season and trip length. A pet fee of $200 per pet is required for up to two dogs, and pets must be house-trained. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, while ADA Registered Service Animals are exempt. Located in Crystal Beach, Destin, this property is just a short walk or golf cart drive to the beach. It's also conveniently close to the heart of Destin, offering abundant entertainment, food, and shopping options. Guests are advised to plan their trips according to Central Standard Time. For check-out, guests should strip linens from used beds (not mattress protectors), load dishes in the dishwasher with provided detergent, and bag trash to take to the appropriate cans. If check-out falls on a Monday or Thursday evening, trash should be taken to the curb. The golf cart is not permitted for student groups under 25 and cannot be driven by anyone under 25. Spring break/student groups under 25 must notify the host before booking, as additional requirements apply, including signing a student agreement and bringing $100 cash per person at check-in for a refundable security deposit. Any police or local authority calls resulting in eviction will be charged at the nightly rate, and law enforcement calls may result in the loss of the entire security deposit. Pets must be notified before arrival, and a $200 pet fee must be paid prior to check-in. House-trained pets are permitted, and a $50 fee will be assessed for not cleaning up after pets. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime. Private pool use is restricted to registered guests only. No pets are permitted in the pool or on furniture. Tampering with the pool heater will result in the loss of the security deposit. Cleanup of bodily fluids indoors or outdoors will result in loss of security deposit and/or additional cleaning charges. Furniture should not be rearranged. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Renters must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home. Violation of any house rules is subject to loss of security deposit.
