Kitchenette - midsized frig will stay if unfurnished, there is also a convection/microwave oven, a cook top in drawer and an electric skillet (as there is no Stovetop). Does have garbage disposal but no dishwasher, but drain board is provided.
This is the living room. We have a new black leather couch & recliner now. But as it may not be furnished its to show the room from the front entrance.
Dining area - Table can stay as it is perfect for the space but if unfurnished doesn't matter.

Lease terms

The rent can include electric for $1280. The unit is available on other platforms for 30+ day rentals as we are very close to hospitals for travel healthcare workers and patients who have to stay close for treatments or after procedures. So we have had it furnished and outfitted with all amenities for over 7 years. It was a short term rentals for travelers but our city lost control of that industry and we have put it back for 30+ mid term stays or long term. If new lease doesn't need our furnishings or outfitting we can remove the furniture but the rent would remain the same. And we still recommend having at least one utility in tenants name for long term leases. Leases less than 12 months we would not want to change it. Current tenant has been long term furnished and they pay electric bill. Rent includes google fiber 1g and gas/water/trash. So lease is customized based on tenants needs. Renters insurance is recommended but not required.

It has a private bedroom, living room, galley kitchen & shower only full bathroom. Includes Convection/Microwave oven, cook-top, and refrigerator/freezer. And a shared laundry room in the building. It is available 9/1/26, for 30 day+, mid term or long term lease. Long term furnished or unfurnished. Short term would be furnished only. Rent is inclusive of gas, water and google fiber but long term lease tenant would pay Electric as its a good idea to have a utility in own name for proof of residence and proper mail delivery. Pets are allowed. But with conditions, We have adjacent properties for toileting or the park is two block walk down the street. Dogs must be over 2 yrs, spayed/neutered, kennel comfortable and as there are other tenants in the building comfortable with being kenneled when alone without barking. Cats have same conditions but indoor only and they don't have to be kenneled when alone. Max 2 pets.
