Gas & Water are included in rent. Electric is not included in rent, but can be paid thru us from the actual bill for leases shorter than 1 year. An off street parking space can be added for $50 per month additional. This unit is offered unfurnished. But we have furniture in it currently as we had family visit. Looking to keep this a long term tenant. So it is available unfurnished and not appointed with linens, towels, kitchen elements etc. After an initial term lease would go to 60 day notice with black out period each Oct-Jan. The unfurnished rent includes gas & water with electricity transferred to tenant. 1 Gig Google fiber is in the unit and included in rent as our technology needs internet to function for our security system. UNFURNISHED 1 year or longer rent is $1480/month.

We converted a commercial building into 3 unique urban finished Artist Loft units. 12' ceilings, industrial finishes.… Designed so artist or practioners could have their studio/gallery in the front room and live in the back. As the building is in a unique Antique/retail section of our West Plaza neighborhood, opening the door will get you street traffic for shoppers or customers for practical arts. There is a large living room with picture window. There is a fully equipped kitchen. A bathroom suite with spa shower custom built. Walk-in closet in bedroom and storage closet in Living room. Electric is the only utility paid by tenant. We include 1 Gig Google Fiber as the tech we use for security is dependent on strong steady internet. Shown by appointment! So paid internet. Pets are allowed with conditions. It is offered unfurnished, but for the holidays we added furniture for guests so it can remain or be moved out. We also can provide other amenities or not. Ideally we are looking for long term tenant/business. But as we outfitted it for guests we can negotiate length of lease.
