This is an approx 985 sq ft mother in law suite which is one large living space (similar to a studio) that is separate from the main house and is connected by a garage. It has a small kitchenette with a mini fridge. There is also a sink and kitchen cabinets. The flooring is painted concrete. It has its own private entrance at the rear of the property. A bathroom with a tub and shower. It is partially furnished with two dressers, and a large wardrobe. All utilities are included in the rent amount of $1200 per month. We are situated on several acres and we are completely fenced and gated. Our family owns and operates a registered nonprofit animal sanctuary, so this person(s) must love animals. We will also consider someone who might be interested in being a ranch hand part time for a reduced rent amount monthly. That person would have to have construction and livestock experience. They can also work a full time job outside of the home and be available to us on a part time basis. We do accept pets but they must be fully vetted which means all vaccines are current and they must be spayed or neutered and microchipped. Veterinary documentation will be requested.
