This fully furnished single-family house is offered for a fixed-term midterm rental of 1 to 12 months, with rent of $2,900 per month due in advance on the 1st of each month. All utilities and services including water, sewer, trash/recycling, natural gas, electricity, and basic internet are included in the rent and paid by the landlord. A security deposit ($1,450) is required to cover potential damages beyond normal wear and tear, excessive cleaning, unpaid rent or fees, or other lease violations; the landlord will return the deposit (less any lawful deductions) with an itemized statement within 30 days after the tenant surrenders the premises and provides a written forwarding address, per Texas Property Code.
