This retreat is designed with relaxation in mind. Enjoy a heated pool, indoor/outdoor Jacuzzis, a tiki hut, and an outdoor sound system, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The pool can be heated for a fee, and pool heat must be requested in advance. Jet ski rentals and chef services are available nearby. A pack-n-play, highchair, and other child safety items may be available upon request for an additional charge. Located on a private 1.1-acre estate with direct gated access to Windmill Park. Coconut Creek city ordinance quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12 am. There is a $1000 fine for smoking inside the house. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am. Late checkouts are available for an additional fee of $150 per hour and require a 24-hour notice. Guests must be 25 and older to rent. A copy of your photo ID must be uploaded within 72 hours of booking or prior to arrival. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway for up to 5 vehicles; parking on the sidewalk, grass, street, or neighbor's property is prohibited. No parties or events are allowed. Any evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Unruly behavior will result in a first and final warning, and a second offense will result in immediate eviction. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, sanitary napkins, or anything other than toilet paper. Trash should be bagged and placed in the provided bins; overfilling bins may result in an additional cleaning fee. Commercial photography or filming requires prior host approval and an additional $500 fee. Any broken items must be reported immediately; a fee equal to 150% of the item's replacement value will be charged for missing or damaged items. Please load the dishwasher before checking out. Outdoor furniture may show signs of wear and tear due to weather and nature. All issues should be reported within the first 3 hours of entry. Recording devices and noise detection devices are on at all times. Fireworks or any other explosives are strictly prohibited. The property is for legal purposes only. Guests planning to use the BBQ grill should be familiar with propane gas grills and clean it after use. No daily maid service is provided. Starters for toilet tissue, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, and laundry detergent are provided. Travel insurance is highly recommended as no refunds will be made under the strict cancellation policy. Guests who are locals must notify the host prior to booking and are subject to approval. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests, with potential for additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest, subject to availability and case-by-case approval. Overnight guests must be listed with the booking; unauthorized overnight guests will result in immediate cancellation without refund. The property may have normal wear and tear, and minor differences from listing images may occur. Repairs and replacements of non-essential appliances are not guaranteed, and no rebates will be provided for mechanical failures. High-speed internet is available throughout the house, and each TV is set up with common streaming apps. Hosts live in a separate guest house to maintain the grounds and ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay. Owners live on-site on a blocked-off section of the house and are available to help with anything you need.
