Coin laundry outside door (Washer is free, dryer $2) Approved pets are additional (cats allowed) Spacious backyard with grills and fire pit I am moving in to my new spot starting 7/27, would like to be out of this unit and onto a sublet 7/30 or 8/1 at the latest. You cannot move in sooner, because I don't have a place to move my stuff until 7/27. If we have the option to settle between us what I've already paid for July for those last few days, you could move in as soon as noon 7/30. If I can't be refunded or settle the payment privately between the new tenant, I'm keeping the unit through the end of the month. There's a larger apartment complex across the street and tenants there often post up flyers to rent out their covered garage parking space. It has no central AC but stays pretty cool with a dehumidifier. If you move in, I have a brand new AC unit purchased 7/7 you can buy off me so it's ready to go in the unit. Wall radiator heat.
