Available from August 1st (currently occupied, not available to show until August 1st). I own a nice little condo with my old cat.… Located near downtown Walnut Creek. Rent is $1400/month plus split electric and cleaner (they clean twice a month). Starts with 6 month lease then month to month. High-speed internet already paid by HOA. Security deposit is $1400 along with background check (done via Zillow) and previous rental references. I have the master and master bath and am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom (you will have the guest bathroom to yourself). This is a 5th floor unit with great views of Mt Diablo. Laundry room is across the hallway. Lots of open parking available. You get access to The Keyes club house (big TV, full gym, pool tables, basketball/tennis courts) and three pools (the central pool is heated year round with lap lanes). The complex is directly on the Iron Horse Trail and just outside downtown. It is about 20 min walk to either BART station ( 5 min drive). I myself am a working professional, quiet, and like eating out, movies, gym, and games. LGBTQ friendly.
