This condominium home is offered on an annual lease. Our residents pay for their own electricity from AES and their pro-rated share of water/sewer charges from Citizen's Water and Gas. Applications are accepted from Zillow. Background checks are performed for everyone's security in our little community of four. Refundable hold and security deposit is $1000. Key deposit of $50 is also collected and is refundable when keys are turned back in. We have a non-refundable pet deposit of $500. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. Pets' "business" must be cleaned up immediately, and dogs must be on-leash at all times in the building and yard. Crate-trained is encouraged for when pet is left alone.
