Rent is $1,400/mo + $100 utilities = $1,500 total. Utilities cover heat, hot water, wi-fi, electric, your own parking space, a monthly professional cleaning service, and trash and snow removal. The second bedroom (tenant's room) is 9x15, furnished, with a closet. You may either bring a mattress, or I can provide one (we can specify that in our lease agreement). Plus, your own mostly private bathroom space. My bedroom has its own half-bathroom but not a shower, so the shower is shared. Updated kitchen. Roku TV in the living room. Very nice space in a great location - pictures speak for themselves. It comes with access to the pool, which is kept very clean. Coin-op laundry on 1st floor. Plenty of visitor parking.
