Dining area and large kitchen both have beautiful views as well. Washer and dryer in laundry closet off kitchen and small pantry. Split bedroom floor plan with 2 full baths. Primary bedroom has a steam shower, jet power garden tub, 2 closets, and private side deck. The 2bd/2bath home is the top level with incredible views (the house is built on a hillside). The garage is on the bottom level, the owners' keep their jeep, covered inside, on one side of the garage, so the tenant has use of half of the garage. There is also a parking spot on the left side of the house as well as two in front of the garage under the deck. There is a first floor efficiency apt beside the garage that is not included in this lease and is not leased out. (A few times a year the owners come to Sedona to work on their rental properties and stay in the efficiency apt. for a weekend.) Walk to restaurants, stores, galleries, and hiking trails. Beyond that Tlaquepaque Village is 1/2 mile and Uptown Sedona only a mile away approx. Tenant to pay all utilities, owner pays HOA. Security Deposit is $2700.
