Save about 30 minutes each way communiting to town vs. Kahaluu (same zip code but address starts with 47-XXX) Save on start up fees--includes a portion of electric, water and sewage utilities (based on usage). Cable/internet not included. May consider ONE small pet under 20 lbs (with references)--if you have more than one PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. $500 pet deposit per pet. Aggressive or loud breeds not allowed.
