If you're simply wondering if the unit is still available - YES! I deactivate listings immediately once a deposit has been received/cleared and a Lease has been signed. No Application Fee. Utilities are paid by landlord and totals are emailed at the end of the month to be added to the following months rent payment: -Internet (Google Fiber) -Gas -Water -Power -Sewer -Garbage Washer / Dryer units are available just feet from the living room and bedroom! Large fenced yard for well behaved dogs. 1 Off-street parking spot available in driveway. Ultimately seeking amicable, responsible persons with maturity and the ability to coexist with housemate (top-floor tenant). Financial responsibility and stability are absolutely required. Your lifestyle is not an issue as long as you are tidy, honest, law abiding and collaborative. Your guests are accepted, however, no loud parties, but tasteful gatherings are surely welcomed. All other personal conduct should be generally considerate and not intentionally disruptive to the other tenant(s) or neighbors.
