House is a century old with a new furnace (2024), and new AC (2025). Normally I can readily schedule a tour on Sundays or most weekday afternoons. Third bedroom and kitchen are quite small. Good sized front room and dining room. Enclosed porch. Detached garage in poor shape and doesn't have power, works fine as a shed.
