Quaint house in Ferndale off 9 Mile. Close to city festivals on weekends. Looking for people that love Ferndale and being downtown. No smoking.… Pet fee for cats. No utilities included. House is a century old with a new furnace (2024), and new AC (2025). Normally I can readily schedule a tour on Sundays or most weekday afternoons. Third bedroom and kitchen are quite small. Good sized front room and dining room. Enclosed porch. Detached garage in poor shape and doesn't have power, works fine as a shed. Please do not send an application if you have not toured the house. Please schedule an appointment for a future date. Call, text, or send a message on Zillow. It is difficult to make a same day appointment. $2200 Deposit plus first month rent of $1800 for a total of $4000 due 5 days before you move in. Expect to pay about $200 to $250 per month on utilities.
