Lease terms

Owner is responsible for utilities, including water, trash service, and internet. Please note this is a basement-level apartment and is not fully soundproof. Some noise from the main level may occasionally be heard. The utility room is located within the basement area. Landlord may require access from time to time for maintenance, filter replacements, or other necessary servicing. A minimum of 24 hours' notice will be provided whenever possible. Tenant will have access to the back deck and yard. Tenant is responsible for cleaning and restoring these areas after use. Use of the back deck is permitted until 11:00 PM. Please be respectful of quiet hours afterward. Guests are welcome; however, larger gatherings of four (4) or more people should be kept to a minimum. Overnight guests are permitted. Any guest staying longer than three (3) consecutive nights must receive prior approval from the landlord. Tenant is responsible for snow removal on their designated portion of the deck. A shovel will be provided. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. No pets are permitted on the premises. Please note there are currently two small dogs and one indoor/outdoor cat residing on the property.
