This home features a fully equipped kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker & Keurig. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer, ironing board, and iron. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. The living area includes a large sectional with chaise lounges and a pull-out that converts into a comfortable king-size sleeping space. Upstairs, you'll find luxury bedding, a reading nook, and a balcony with rocking chairs and a hammock. The outdoor entertainment space boasts a pool with heating available upon request, a full-sized decorative outdoor kitchen with a granite/stainless grill, refrigerator, and sink, a 3-seat bar area, an octagon seating table with a large umbrella, and a natural gas firepit with seating for 4. Enjoy ping-pong and cornhole for added fun.
A free six-passenger street-legal golf cart is included for easy travel to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Guests have access to the community pool located directly across from the home. Pets are allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee, with ADA-registered service animals exempt. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup.
Located just one block from Destin's stunning white-sand beaches, "The Charleston" is also minutes from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. The home is conveniently situated 20-30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from major entertainment venues like The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets. You'll also be within cruising distance to "Scenic Hwy. 30A" and other Destin hotspots, with boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises, and excellent fishing opportunities nearby.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted, including spring break groups. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Furniture should not be rearranged. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.

The "Martini Bar" area includes a twin sail ceiling fan, faux fireplace, mini-split A/C, 65" ROKU TV, custom dart board, and a convertible gaming/dining table with seating for 8. This area also includes a sectional with chaise which converts to a Queen sleeper sofa. The grounds feature a serpentine walking path and 2 outdoor hammocks. The property is illuminated at night with over 20 landscape lights and distinctive lighted "Weeping Willow" porch baskets. An outdoor shower is available on the premise for rinsing off after the pool or beach. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on 2 full wrap-around decks with multiple swings and 8 rockers overlooking the Cottages of Crystal Beach during sunset.
