This home offers a private heated pool, a free six-passenger golf cart, ping pong, an outdoor kitchen, a gas fire pit, and quaint balconies. It is conveniently located just one block from Destin's stunning white-sand beaches and minutes from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. The first floor features a living area with a large sectional, including chaise lounges and a pull-out sofa that converts to a king-size sleeping space. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. A full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are available in the laundry room. The first floor also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a bedroom with a queen bed and a desk. Upstairs, you'll find two king master bedrooms, one with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet, and another with a king bed, two closets, and a balcony with rocking chairs and a hammock. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway for easy access. A free six-passenger golf cart is included for easy travel to beaches, restaurants, and entertainment venues. For families, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee. An additional community pool is located directly across from the home. Located just one block from Destin's finest white sand beaches, "The Charleston" is also a few blocks away from restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shopping. The home is conveniently situated 20-30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from major entertainment venues like The Boardwalk, SanDestin, Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, and Silver Sands Outlets. You'll also be within cruising distance to "Scenic Hwy. 30A" and other Destin hotspots, with opportunities for boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises, and fishing. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 years of age are permitted. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued. Pets must be approved in advance, with a maximum of two house-trained dogs permitted for a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or an additional $50 fee may apply. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. House parties and excessive noise/disturbances after 10 PM are not permitted. Absolutely no street parking is allowed; there is a 4-vehicle maximum in the driveway only. The first-floor bedroom includes a desk, perfect for a home away from home work set-up. A small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, and hand soap is supplied, typically enough for the first 24 hours. For longer trips or larger groups, bringing additional supplies is recommended.
