No cigarette smoking allowed on the property. Plenty of free street parking is available. No assigned parking space. Optional shared on-site laundry access may be available once per week for an additional water usage fee. Tenant is responsible for keeping the studio and private patio/yard clean and respectful. Weekly patio leaf cleanup by a gardener is included in rent. Work orders can be submitted for maintenance issues, and management is quick to respond with prompt assistance whenever possible. Application approval is required before scheduling a tour. Please do not disturb current tenants.
