A 6-passenger golf cart is included for easy transportation around town, though guests must be licensed, insured, and at least 25 years old to operate it. Pool heating is available year-round for an additional fee. Pets are welcome for a $200 fee per pet. Nestled in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. It's conveniently located near local restaurants like Camille's at Crystal Beach, Starbucks, Publix, and Total Wine. Destin Commons, offering shopping and entertainment, is directly across the street, and the Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Student groups under 25 require prior approval and a non-negotiable cash deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity is permitted. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay and guests must be 25 years or older to operate it. Pool heating is not included and pricing varies by season and length of stay. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home.
