Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles; RVs, boats, and trailers are not permitted.
Nestled in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is located just 2 blocks from the breathtaking Scenic 98 beach access. Enjoy easy access to the beach via a short walk or a quick ride in the included 6-passenger golf cart. The property is conveniently located across from Destin Commons, offering plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive East. Walking can be just as fast as driving during busy times, and Uber, Lyft, or taxis are also available.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. Student groups under 25 years old must be approved prior to booking and will have additional requirements, including a non-negotiable cash deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, with an additional $50 fee for excess cleanup. The golf cart is not included with your stay for those age 25 years and younger to operate. Pool heating is not included and pricing varies by season and length of stay. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
