Backyard smoking is allowed only in designated receptacles (evidence of indoor smoking, $250 fee) No moving of furniture Cleaning fees may apply for extraordinary mess Lock all doors when property is vacant Clean the grill and turn off the gas tank after every use End of Lease Instructions: 1.
