Maximum of 6 people (declared on lease) No pets but can be negotiated ($175/pet fee) Quiet hours, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM No parties or events No commercial photography No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping) inside the house. Backyard smoking is allowed only in designated receptacles (evidence of indoor smoking, $250 fee) No moving of furniture Cleaning fees may apply for extraordinary mess Lock all doors when property is vacant Clean the grill and turn off the gas tank after every use End of Lease Instructions: 1. End of lease walk-through and Exit Property List and Deposit Fee Refund documents signed 2. Place all used bath towels/washcloths in the washer 3. Take out all trash; City trash pick-up is every Thursday morning 3AM-7AM 4. Wash all dirty dishes 5. Turn off all electronics (TVs, Good Vibes Only sign, etc.) 6. Clean grill and turn off gas if used 7. Empty refrigerators of all food Important: Any violation of the house rules may result in immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.
