We are looking for a clean and responsible (personally and financially) tenant -- credit history and rental reference requested. Also, no smokers please. We are very responsible, responsive, yet laid back landlords. We give a lot of flexibility to our tenant(s) to improve the house and do minor fixes (following concurrence from us). In return for the flexibility, the tenant(s) normally take care of the house themselves. When fixes are needed, either they fix the minor issues themselves -- or they hire helpers, and we reimburse them for the expenses.
