Hey everyone!… I'm renting out 3 rooms in my 5-bedroom home in Acworth, GA and I'm looking for people who want a comfortable place to live and are get along with each other! Its about 13 minutes away from KSU, 3 minutes from 2 walmarts, a target, and a ton of other shopping. I'm planning on living in a room in the basement so the two rooms upstairs will have their own bathroom. I'm planning on keeping a budget to keep improving/updating the house and making sure we have a great time together! We just renovated the kitchen space for example! Here are a few of the cool perks and amenities of the house: Electricity, gas and Wi-Fi included Furnished bedrooms Living Room w/ 85-inch TV and shared consoles Dedicated secondary game/theater room in basement w/ board games Home Gym Fully Equipped (Smith Machine/Power rack, Treadmill, Free Weights) Lake + Large Backyard HOA pool and grill Shared office with desks, monitors and printer Full kitchen In Unit Washer/dryer Garage/parking Separate dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen bar, and backyard deck patio TOTO Bidet in 1st Floor Bathroom Electric Car Charger in garage Smart locks, lights and thermostats I'm working as an indie game developer and I'd like the house to have a friendly, social atmosphere to get along but personal space is super important too so I like to keep a balance! I'd like to occasionally have some completely optional game nights, movie nights, gaming sessions, cookouts, gym sessions, and other events between us roommates! Your upstairs area is all private to yourselves and the downstairs is our shared communal space. I'm open to anyone as long as they're respectful, responsible and willing to follow the house rules. I'm pretty lax! As long as you don't do anything illegal or smoke in the unit we should be cool! There's also a very friendly and quiet beagle who will be staying downstairs with me. Acworth, GA 30101 Two of the rooms are each $825/month (One with walk in is $850) with a shared bathroom. I'm a Game Developer working at home who loves playing games and meeting new people! I travel a ton, have a beagle who's pretty quiet and stays downstairs and is super friendly. I do D&D and archery in the backyards sometimes!
