We are looking for tenants who will enjoy and care for the home as if it were their own. Tenant will be responsible for utilities and services associated with the property including, but not limited to, electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, cable, phone, and any other tenant-related services or utility costs during the lease term. Basic lawn and landscape upkeep, seasonal watering using irrigation water, and snow removal will also be tenant responsibilities. To help keep the home comfortable and well maintained, tenants are asked to: Replace HVAC filters quarterly Replace light bulbs and batteries for smoke detectors/remotes as needed Promptly communicate any maintenance concerns such as leaks, plumbing, or HVAC issues Help maintain a clean and sanitary home environment Additional lease terms include: Rent due on the 1st of each month No smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use inside the home or garage Renters insurance required throughout lease term Pets considered upon approval with additional deposit/pet rent Please avoid flushing wipes, grease, or non-flushable items to protect plumbing systems We value respectful communication and tenants who take pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for home.
