We have a room in a ranch house just outside Morro Bay.… The property is set up as a Coliving House/Intentional Community, providing a nice blend of privacy and community. All units share a beautiful, large commercial kitchen. Rent is month-to-month, with a 30-day notice. Included in rent: all utilities, wifi, on-site laundry, cooking utensils, cooking oils, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, weekly cleaning service, and building maintenance are included in the monthly rent. Sorry, no pets. The unit has a shared bathroom.
