Charming Mid-Century Home in Central Tucson: Furnished, 3-Month Summer Rental, All Utilities Included We're heading out of town this summer for three months and are looking for one truly fabulous tenant to love our home while we're away. This is our personal home we take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well cared for and we're hoping to find someone who will treat it the same way. The house is a mid-century home sitting on a .27-acre lot in Central Tucson, surrounded by natural desert vegetation it feels really private and tucked away in the best way. The kitchen will be fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, a Berkey water filter, spices, etc. The master bedroom comes furnished with a queen bed and closet, ready for you to settle right in. The other two rooms serve as our offices and gear storage you're welcome to use the desks as-is, or just let us know ahead of time and we'll clear them off before you arrive. Happy to let you use the monitors as well if needed. Otherwise, we may store them. The closets in the two offices will be full of our stuff so those will be off limits. There is a closet in the hallway we are happy to partly clear out for you to use if needed. A few of our beloved houseplants will be staying behind and would love a little watering love from time to time nothing demanding, we promise! 1 mile walk to Reid Park and 10 minute walk to food and stores on Broadway. One block away from a Bicycle Boulevard that essentially takes you all the way to downtown. Just a 20 minute drive to trailheads north, east, and west. Incredible neighbor to the east who we love and would know you are renting (and keep an eye out for you!).
