Hallway/coat closet.
Bathroom closet (at some point I wanted to paint it blue and that's what the patch of blue is - this will have a new coat of neutral paint for new tenant). Not so clear from this picture but this closet is pretty deep.
Full size in-unit washer and dryer. Water heater. The washing machine and dryer are less than a year old.
To the left of the laundry unit, is the door to the primary bedroom. Very spacious. Walk-in closet. Entrance to balcony.

Second bd/den with nice big window looking out into Connecticut Ave. We used this room as a guest room and office space. Right now, we have in the second bedroom/den fits a full bed, full sized desk, and dresser. Previous tenant used it as a bedroom.

Apartment is available starting in early August with flexibility for move in date. Lease is available as a one year or two year lease so you can lock in the rent price for two years! No hidden fees. Separate storage unit in the basement is included in the rent as well. About the Apartment: Six minute walk from Van Ness metro station. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, gym. Less than 10 minute walk to UDC. Less than 30 minute commute to AU. D70 bus stops right in front of the building and it's almost directly on top of Breadfurst. The apartment itself has hardwood floors, a large primary bedroom that connects (through the walk-in closet) to the bathroom. For size reference, the primary bedroom currently has a king bed, two nightstands, two dressers, and a book case (it's a big room). The second bedroom/den is on the other side of the apartment (perfect for roommates) perfectly fits a full bed, desk, and dresser. It makes a great office or bedroom. Both the current and previous tenants use/used this as a second bedroom. The common space and primary room connect to a balcony facing Connecticut Ave. The apartment has great sound proofing so it's really an oasis surrounded by restaurants. The bathroom is spacious with ample cabinet storage and a closet. It is accessible from hallway as well as from the primary bedroom. Good sized hallway closet offers additional storage. Kitchen has been recently renovated. All appliances in great condition. The washing machine, dryer, dishwashing machine, and faucet have all been replace within the last 2 years.
