Lease terms

Lease Term Fixed-term summer rental for approximately three (3) months. Exact move-in and move-out dates to be agreed upon in writing before occupancy. Rent & Utilities Tenant is responsible for: * Monthly rent * All utilities during the lease term, including electricity, gas, internet, and any additional agreed-upon services Occupancy Rental is intended for one adult occupant only unless otherwise agreed in writing. Smoking Policy No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the casita or within close proximity to the buildings. Property Environment The casita is located on a quiet small-scale farming property. Tenant acknowledges and accepts the normal sights, sounds, and activities associated with rural Northern New Mexico living. Quiet Enjoyment Quiet lifestyle preferred. No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Pets Pets only with prior written approval. Furnishings The casita is rented furnished. Tenant agrees to maintain furnishings in clean and reasonable condition. Maintenance & Respect for Property Tenant agrees to keep the property reasonably clean and promptly report any maintenance concerns or damages. Parking Parking available at the entrance of the property. Security Deposit Security deposit amount to be determined prior to move-in and refundable upon satisfactory condition of the property at move-out. Lease Extension Any extension beyond the original summer term must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
