We will not rent to any more than 2 persons!! There is No Laundry Facility in unit. There is a nice laundry facility 1/4 mile west of this unit also on Willoughby Road. There is a new SHARED water heater that is shared between both units top/bottom. We do not want anyone getting a cold shower This is the reason why we the owner pays water and sewage!! Owner mows lawn All other utilities tenant pays Tenant must do snow removal however the owner provides salt and hand shovels Absolutely NO SMOKING of anything!! No DISH network NO PETS We require a $300 Cleaning fee (non-refundable) We may approve of a Geckko or small turtle! And fish in an aquarium. We prefer that our tenants have a personal income of at least 3 times the monthly rent to avoid financial stress! Thus $3750 per month of Personal income at minimum! This is Gross Income prior to taxes! We prefer tenants to have a Credit Score of 700 or higher!! If Credit Score is 650 to 700 or higher you will only be responsible for 1st month rent plus Security Deposit plus Cleaning Fee,... a total of ($2550 paid up front) prior to getting the keys! If your Credit Score is below 600 and you are chosen to be the tenant we will require 1st months rent plus $300 cleaning fee plus security deposit $2000 prior to getting the keys. Thus a total of $3550 WE REQUIRE AN APPLICATION THRU ZILLOW. ONCE WE RECEIVE SUCH REPORT FROM ZILLOW WE WILL REVIEW IT. IF ACCEPTABLE, then we will proceed with showing this unit. Thank you!
