Lease terms

Inquire for accurate rental rates as they are determined by lease length and seasonality. All utilities and services (lawn, pest, internet) included. Terms are always extendable with notice. This home has a maximum combined electric and gas limit of $500 per month and a maximum water limit of $200 per month. Any overage will be invoiced with documentation provided. The home and yard should be returned to its pre-pet condition. The yard should be free of pet waste or a fee of $75.00 will be charged for removal. Pet hair should be removed from surfaces in the home, including couches and beds, or an additional cleaning fee will be charged based on what a local vendor charges us to clean. We maintain an open calendar after each guest booking to allow for flexible extensions. On our calendar, this will show as blocked, but just ask for an extension, and we open it right up. However, we require that any extension is communicated 14 days before the booking's current end date.
