Rental Terms Monthly rent: $1,900 Security deposit: $1,900 12-month lease Available August 1, 2026 All utilities paid by the resident Lawn care and snow removal are resident responsibilities Renters insurance is required Pets are not permitted Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home, garage, and other enclosed structures Combined gross household income must ordinarily equal at least three times the monthly rent. A credit score of 600 or higher is ordinarily required, although completed applications are reviewed as a whole. Each adult resident must submit a separate application. Bayly Properties does not charge an application fee. Applicants invited to complete the final screening stage will be responsible for the third-party screening provider's fee. Approved applicants will ordinarily have 48 hours after receiving the lease offer to sign the lease and pay the full $1,900 security deposit. The property is not reserved or removed from the market until both have been received. Showings begin July 17, 2026. No payment or deposit is required to schedule or attend a showing.
