Spacious with sun light home: Lease Duration This lease begins on July 1, 2025, and continues for a period of 12 months, ending on June 30, 2026. Afterward, the lease converts to a month-to-month agreement unless renewed or terminated with 30 days' written notice by either party. Rent Payment Policy Monthly Rent.
