Lease terms

Lease term is 6 months. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, gas, water, trash, (based on usage). Security deposit will be used to cover any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Any remaining deposit will be returned after move-out and final inspection. No smoking is allowed inside the property. Only approved occupants listed on the lease are allowed to reside in the home. Any additional occupants must be approved by the landlord. Small pets are allowed (maximum of 2 pets). Additional pet fees may apply. No parties, excessive noise, or illegal activity permitted on the premises. Rent is due on time each month. Late payments may be subject to fees. Tenant must maintain the property in clean and good condition and report any maintenance issues promptly. No subleasing or short-term rentals (including Airbnb) allowed.
