Leasing Requirements Qualified applicants are sought for long-term tenancy. Preference will be given to businesses seeking a lease term of more than one (1) year. Applicants should demonstrate strong financial qualifications, including: Minimum personal credit score of 700 Demonstrated business and/or personal income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent Satisfactory background, credit, and business review Prior to possession and key transfer, the following funds must be paid in full: First Month's Rent Last Month's Rent Move-In Fee All applicants will be subject to landlord review and approval, including verification of income, business operations, intended use, creditworthiness, and any additional documentation reasonably requested by ownership.
