These bedrooms share a full shower bathroom. Two master suites are located upstairs: one with a sitting area, Roku smart TV, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo; the other, a grand master suite, features a huge walk-in closet, a king bed, a private coffee and wine bar, and access to the upper deck. The en-suite bath in the grand master suite includes a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, backlit mirror, and his and hers sinks. The carriage house offers a private studio suite upstairs with a king bed, full shower bathroom, sitting area with smart TV, and a kitchenette. Downstairs in the carriage house, a private entrance leads to a queen bedroom with a Roku smart TV and an en-suite full shower bathroom.
A 6-passenger golf cart is available for rent, offering a convenient way to explore the area. During the off-season (November, December, January, and February), the golf cart is included free of charge for stays within those months. Pool heating is available for an additional cost. This property is pet-friendly with a one-time fee of $200, which includes emotional support animals. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this fee, but prior notification and paperwork are required. Parking is available for up to 8 vehicles, including space for boat/trailer/RV parking.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 9am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless previously discussed and approved. Spring break/student groups under 25 years old are not permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Standard noise ordinances apply promptly at 10:00 PM. Parking is limited to 8 vehicles, and street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation. No underage drinking or illegal activity is permitted. Jumping from the balcony into the pool may result in eviction and loss of security deposit. Do not rearrange furniture or tamper with electronics. Guests must vacate the premises at checkout time or an additional night's rate and cleaning fee will apply. Any impersonation of a service animal is a crime in Florida and will not be tolerated. Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool. Accidents inside must be cleaned immediately, and the yard must be kept clear of feces. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Private pool use is restricted to registered guests only. Communication preference is through the booking platform, with phone calls reserved for immediate needs and emergencies during reasonable hours. No late-night contact is requested.
The upstairs studio suite in the carriage house includes a kitchenette and a small sectional sitting area with a smart TV, suitable for a workspace.
