The ground floor features a king bedroom with a walk-in closet and Roku TV, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-queen bunk bed, both with twin trundle beds. These rooms share a full shower bathroom. Two master suites are located upstairs: one with a king bed, sitting area, Roku TV, ample closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub combo; the other, a grand master suite with a king bed, private coffee and wine bar, access to an upper deck, and an en-suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, backlit mirror, and his & hers sinks. The carriage house offers a private studio suite upstairs with a king bed, full shower bathroom, sitting area with smart TV, and a kitchenette, plus its own deck. Downstairs in the carriage house, a queen bedroom with a Roku TV and an en-suite full shower bathroom provides additional private space.
A 6-passenger golf cart is available for rent, offering a premium discount for guests during certain seasons. Pool heating is also available for an additional cost. Complimentary for children are a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes, cups, and silverware. Plenty of parking is available for up to 8 vehicles, including space for boat/trailer/RV parking.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is directly across from Destin Commons, offering abundant shopping, entertainment, and dining options. The Silver Sands Outlets are a short drive east, providing more shopping and restaurants. Public beach accesses are conveniently located within walking or golf cart distance. The surrounding neighborhood is described as nice and quiet.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. This is a pet-friendly property with a one-time fee of $200, which includes emotional support animals. ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this fee with prior notification and proper documentation. Impersonating a service animal is a crime in Florida. Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool, and owners are required to clean up accidents immediately and keep the yard clear of feces. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless previously discussed and approved. Spring break/student groups under 25 years old are not permitted. All guests must be registered, and the guest count must be updated if additional guests are added. Standard noise ordinances apply promptly at 10:00 PM. Parking is limited to 8 vehicles, and street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation. No underage drinking or illegal activity is permitted. The golf cart rental is not included in the booking price. All guests must vacate the premises at checkout time, or an additional night's rate and cleaning fee will apply. Any law enforcement calls may result in eviction and loss of security deposit. Private pool use is restricted to registered guests only. Jumping from the balcony into the pool will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. Furniture inside the home should not be rearranged, and electronics/inputs should not be tampered with. No refunds are offered outside of the standard cancellation policy. Guests are responsible for promptly disclosing any known or suspected issues with the home. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed may result in charges to the guest.
The upstairs studio suite in the carriage house includes a complete kitchenette and a small sectional sitting area with a smart TV, suitable for a workspace.
We provide a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware to accommodate children. These items are complimentary and always available at the listing.
